Abstract

The invention discloses a modularized crane transmission device convenient to maintain quickly. The modularized crane transmission device comprises a bearing frame, a mounting base, a hoisting executing mechanism and a driving assembly. The mounting base is slidably arranged on the bearing frame and provided with a positioning assembly area, a first linear guide part extending in the first direction and a second linear guide part extending in the second direction. The hoisting execution mechanism is mounted in the positioning assembly area; the speed reduction assembly is slidably arranged on the first linear guide part and comprises a driven butt joint end coaxial with the first direction and a power input end corresponding to the second direction. The driving assembly is slidably arranged on the second linear guide part. The complex piece-by-piece disassembling process in traditional overhaul is simplified into linear moving-out operation of a single module, rapid disassembling and assembling of a single assembly can be achieved without disassembling other related components from a crane, the maintenance operation time is remarkably shortened, and the influence on production operation caused by equipment shutdown is effectively reduced.
