A cross-linking system is formed by two or more cross-linking monomers which can react with each other or self-cross-link except for carbon-carbon double bonds, various different chemical cross-linking is formed, the compactness degree of the three-resistance finishing agent on a cloth cover is improved, and the alcohol resistance and hydrostatic pressure resistance are improved.
