Auxiliary diagnosis method for infant congenital heart disease and heart failure

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to an infant congenital heart disease heart failure auxiliary diagnosis method which comprises the following steps: collecting excrement samples of all participants, and then carrying out excrement metabonomics detection to collect metabolite data; selecting intestinal metabolites which are obviously increased compared with the control group in the heart failure group; according to the heart failure severity index NT-BNP, correlation analysis is carried out on child patients in a heart failure group and obviously increased intestinal metabolites, and the average relative abundance of three obviously and positively correlated metabolites of indol, arachidonic acid and erucic acid is selected as a critical value to form an auxiliary diagnosis model; on the basis of accurate metabonomics detection, an objective and repeatable quantitative index is provided by quantifying the relative abundance of three specific metabolites; the diagnosis process is standardized, reliable data support is provided for clinical decision making, and diagnosis and missed diagnosis are reduced.
