Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of chip grabbing, in particular to a chip grabbing structure which comprises a supporting frame, the surface of the supporting frame is provided with a pair of conveying belts, and the surfaces of the conveying belts are used for conveying a chip and a circuit board respectively; a bearing frame is arranged above the supporting frame, a conveying assembly is arranged on the surface of the bearing frame, and the conveying assembly can move on the bearing frame in a reciprocating mode; according to the chip grabbing structure, by arranging the adjusting gas box and inflating the adjusting gas box, when the force of clamping the chip by the clamping plate reaches a specified standard, the gas pressure in the adjusting gas box cannot be further increased, so that the clamping force of the clamping plate on the chip cannot be further increased, and the gas pressure in the adjusting gas box is limited; therefore, the clamping force of the clamping plate on different chips is kept constant; the clamping force does not need to be adjusted, the use is convenient, and the efficiency of installing the chip on the circuit board is improved.
