The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture fixing device which comprises a support, a supporting piece, clamping pieces, a detection piece and a control piece, in the process that a puncture needle punctures a patient, the two clamping pieces are in the state of clamping the puncture needle, it is ensured that the puncture needle is in the stable state, and when the patient breathes, the detection piece can detect the puncture needle. When the patient enters the breath-holding state again, the detection piece obtains the CT image of the lung of the patient after breathing again, the puncture path is reset according to the CT image of the patient after breathing, and if the reset puncture path is different from the initially-set puncture path, the puncture needle stops puncturing, the clamping piece loosens and clamps the puncture needle at the moment, and the detection piece stops puncturing. The control part adjusts the positions of the two supporting plates on the mounting platform, so that the position of the puncture needle clamped by the clamping part is changed, the puncture needle is prevented from moving relative to the lung of the patient when the clamping part clamps the puncture needle, and secondary injury to the lung of the patient caused by the puncture needle is avoided.
