An anchoring device and method

Abstract

This application discloses an anchor mooring deployment device and method, which can use two devices, a crane and a hoist, to sequentially deploy a holding anchor and a gravity anchor into the water. The anchor mooring deployment device includes a winch, a ground anchor, a crane, and a hoist. The winch is located on the deck of the working vessel and is equipped with a mooring cable, which the winch can wind. The ground anchor is located on the deck of the working vessel. The crane is located on the deck of the working vessel and is equipped with a first pulley, on which the mooring cable passes to connect to the gravity anchor. The crane is equipped with a second pulley on which a traction rope is wound. The traction rope passes through the sling of the holding anchor and is connected to the ground anchor. The second pulley can pull the holding anchor through the traction rope. The hoist is located on the deck of the working vessel and is equipped with a hook, which can connect to the gravity anchor to adjust its position.
