Copper sulfide / MXene modified photo-thermal anti-icing anti-corrosion polyurethane coating as well as preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a copper sulfide / MXene modified photo-thermal anti-icing and anti-corrosion polyurethane coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing an MXene material A through a molten salt method; s2, weighing the MXene material A, uniformly mixing with CuSO4. 5H2O and thiourea, dissolving in deionized water, heating to 120-160 DEG C, and reacting to obtain a nano filler B; s3, weighing hydroxyl-terminated PDMS and diisocyanate, uniformly mixing, heating to 70-90 DEG C, and reacting to obtain a polymer C; s4, weighing the nanofiller B, the polymer C, a solvent, a curing agent and a dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst, uniformly mixing, and reacting to obtain a polymer D; and S5, coating a base material with the polymer D, and curing at room temperature to obtain the coating. The coating provided by the invention can meet the anti-icing / anti-corrosion requirements of the coating, and can solve the problems of icing and corrosion on the surface of an outdoor facility.
