Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of leucaena leucocephala fermented feed, and belongs to the technical field of feed processing. The method comprises the following steps: mixing water extracts of leucaena leucocephala, rose apple pomace and herbal tea pomace with bacillus subtilis according to a specific ratio, composting, fermenting, and drying. Wherein the herbal tea residue water extract can obviously promote the growth of bacillus subtilis and has a synergistic effect with a fermentation substrate provided by the rose apple residues, so that the lactic acid content of the fermented feed is greatly increased, the ammoniacal nitrogen and fiber contents are reduced, and the preservation rate of crude protein is increased. The optimal formula is optimized and determined through an orthogonal test and comprises 500 g of leucaena leucocephala, 100 g of rose apple pomace, 2 ml of herbal tea pomace water extract and 100 ml of bacillus subtilis. The prepared feed is applied to beef cattle breeding, the beef quality can be effectively improved, specifically, the pH value is reduced, the meat color is improved, and the content of microelements is increased. High-value utilization of the herbal tea residues and the rose apple residues is achieved, and the prepared feed is high in quality and good in application effect.
