The core of the process is as follows: step-by-step extraction is performed on raw materials to obtain a water phase system and an alcohol phase system; under the conditions of reduced pressure and heating, dropwise adding the alcohol phase system into the water phase system to carry out ordered solvent replacement, so that insoluble components are separated out in situ in the form of micron-sized particles; then low-temperature curing is carried out, water-soluble macromolecules of the medicinal materials are used for coating and stabilizing particles, and finally homogenized extract is prepared and formed.
