Abstract

The invention provides a purification crystallization kettle for preparing a photoinitiator, which comprises a spherical kettle body with an accommodating space, a base arranged below the spherical kettle body and used for bearing the spherical kettle body, a rotating shaft connected with the spherical kettle body, and stirring blades fixedly connected with the rotating shaft and accommodated in the accommodating space, the spherical kettle body is connected with the rotating shaft through a planetary gear transmission system, the planetary gear transmission system comprises a gear ring, a sun gear and a planetary gear, the rotating shaft is arranged in the direction of the central axis of the spherical kettle body, a notch communicated with the containing space is formed in the position, corresponding to the rotating shaft, of the spherical kettle body, and the planetary gear transmission system comprises a gear ring, a sun gear and a planetary gear. The gear ring is arranged in the notch and is fixedly connected with the spherical kettle body, and the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the sun gear. The purification crystallization kettle for preparing the photoinitiator, provided by the invention, is good in scraping effect and compact in structure installation.
