Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent ore feeding system of a centrifugal ore separator, relates to the technical field of ore separator control, and solves the problem that a multi-modal chain type coupling relation is not recognized in existing intelligent ore feeding by constructing a modal response chain structure diagram, calculating a modal conflict index and executing a terminal-first pressing type regulation and control strategy. According to a traditional method, variables such as flow, concentration, granularity and load are regarded as independent regulation and control objects, nonlinear and asynchronous coupling chains existing among the variables are ignored, and response conflicts and system oscillation are likely to be caused. Through chain modeling, the system can identify response delay, direction and conflict strength among all modes, and execute priority control when a conflict index exceeds a threshold, so that disturbance conduction among the modes is effectively inhibited, and the stability and controllability of the ore feeding process are remarkably improved.
