Preparation device for producing aluminum-aluminum composite pipe through continuous extrusion and use method

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of continuous extrusion production and manufacturing, and mainly discloses a preparation device for continuous extrusion production of an aluminum-aluminum composite pipe and a using method, the preparation device comprises a supporting seat plate, an extrusion cavity is formed in the side face of an extrusion seat, an extrusion pipe is arranged in the extrusion cavity, and a moving plate is inserted into an outer core pipe. The outer core pipe and the inner core rod can be conveniently inserted into different extrusion pipes through rotation adjustment of the extrusion base, then composite aluminum pipes with different pipe diameters can be conveniently machined through the distances between the inner ring faces of the different positioning rings and the inner core rod, the outer core pipe can be inserted into the extrusion pipes after equipment is shut down, and the composite aluminum pipes with different pipe diameters can be conveniently machined. Then a cleaning scraper at one end of the outer core pipe extends out in cooperation with a positioning nut, and a first motor is used for being matched with a first gear ring to drive the outer core pipe to rotate, so that the cleaning scraper is driven to rotate to scrape metal aluminum attached to the surface of the positioning ring, and the metal aluminum is separated from the surface of the positioning ring; and therefore, continuous use of subsequent equipment caused by the residual metal aluminum is avoided.
