The pre-cutting assembly is introduced and can carry various tool bits such as a flat cutting tool and a groove-shaped cutting tool, and grooving treatment is conducted on a cutting line of the plate in advance. Therefore, a main cutting path is guided, the alloy cutter is prevented from deviating during formal cutting, and the perpendicularity and smoothness of a notch are ensured; and the stress of one-time cutting is obviously reduced.
