Abstract

The brush wheel body is provided with a brush wheel disc, a mounting base capable of sliding in the radial direction, a polishing brush bristle bundle, a reset elastic piece and a limiting disc. The mounting base is provided with a restraining pin, the limiting disc is provided with a limiting window, and the restraining pin extends into the limiting window. When the brush wheel rotates, centrifugal force enables the installation base to move outwards, the bristle bundles stretch out to work, and the roots of the bristle bundles are supported by the side walls of the restraining grooves in the brush wheel disc to prevent bending. The radial limiting position of the restraining pin can be adjusted by rotating the limiting disc, so that bristle abrasion is compensated, and the grinding contour is kept consistent.
