Preparation method of low-odor automobile rubber sealing element based on dynamic balance

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of rubber material processing, and discloses a dynamic balance-based low-odor automobile rubber sealing element preparation method, which comprises: weighing raw materials according to a certain mass part ratio; part of the raw materials are put into an upper auxiliary machine of a series internal mixer for high-temperature mixing, and a dielectric loss factor during rubber discharging is controlled; then the rubber material falls into a lower auxiliary machine, and the remaining raw materials are added for low-temperature mixing to obtain mixed rubber; feeding the rubber compound into an extruder, applying negative pressure to a devolatilization section of the extruder, and controlling the temperature to obtain a semi-finished product; and feeding the semi-finished product into a microwave vulcanization channel, heating by utilizing a microwave source matched with the dielectric loss factor of the rubber material, then carrying out high-temperature setting through a hot air tunnel, cooling and cutting to obtain a finished product. The cracking peculiar smell generated by microwave heating local overheating is eliminated through dielectric regulation and control, effective retention of the smell covering agent is ensured through a devolatilization balance mechanism, the smell of the sealing piece is remarkably reduced, and long-acting shielding is achieved.
