Automatic sealing strip production machine and machining method

Abstract

The invention provides an automatic sealing strip production machine and a machining method. The production machine comprises a rack, a bottom plate placing unit, a limiting unit, a winding unit, a plurality of welding units, a plurality of cutting units and a dragging unit. The welding unit comprises a steel belt and an ultrasonic welding mechanism; the placing unit is used for bottom plate raw materials; the limiting unit is used for limiting the bottom plate raw materials to the upper end face and the lower end face of the steel belt, and the bottom plate raw materials are made to move continuously through the dragging unit. The multiple bottom plate raw materials are arranged on the end face of the steel belt side by side, equal-distance gaps are reserved between the bottom plate raw materials arranged on the same end face, and the outer side edges of the bottom plate raw materials on the two sides protrude out of the side edges of the steel belt; the winding unit is used for winding yarns onto the bottom plate; the ultrasonic welding mechanism comprises a rolling type welding head; the multiple cutting units are used for cutting the yarn wound around the yarn. According to the scheme, the number of the sealing strips in the single machining process can be effectively increased, continuous and stable welding is formed, and the overall production efficiency and the product consistency are improved.
