本发明涉及等离子喷涂或电解锌领域,具体涉及一种电解用阳极合金板;向PbO2涂层中掺入RuO2可以显著降低其析氧电位,进而提高其催化活性。研究表明,随着RuO2含量的增加,催化防腐涂层的催化活性持续提高,但是,过多的RuO2会导致其腐蚀速率也提高,进而不利于阳极板的使用寿命,因此,需将催化防腐涂层中RuO2的占比控制在5.2wt%‑12.1wt%。另外,本发明选用包含稀土元素的NiCrAlY作为衬底与催化防腐涂层之间的粘结层,可以显著提高其结合强度,延长阳极合金板的使用寿命。
