Abstract

The invention discloses a bridge fireproof protection system based on a box type heat insulation and dissipation structure and a method thereof. Comprising a steel box girder body and a protection unit, the protection unit is formed by connecting a plurality of subunits; each subunit comprises a metal sheet and a protective tube; the metal sheets comprise an unfired metal sheet, a fired metal sheet and two side plates which form a box type structure with two open ends; the plurality of protection pipes are welded on the surface of the fired metal thin plate, and communicated water flowing channels are formed among the protection pipes; the metal sheets of different subunits are connected through hinge rotating shafts in the transverse direction, and the protection pipes of the adjacent subunits are connected through communicating pipelines, so that the multiple subunits form a communicated water flowing channel. The protection unit of the system can be produced and installed in a prefabricated mode, the protection unit is located on the periphery of the steel box girder body and can be installed after normal construction of brushing of the anti-corrosion protection layer of the steel box girder body, brushing of the anti-corrosion protection layer of the steel box girder body is not affected, and replacement of the protection unit is very convenient and fast.
