Lightning conductivity testing system and calculation method for aircraft composite material structures

Abstract

This invention discloses a lightning conductivity testing system for aircraft composite material structures, including a lightning A-wave / H-wave pulse current generation system. Both ends of the lightning A-wave / H-wave pulse current generation system are connected to a lightning conductivity testing fixture assembly via wires. The system also includes a composite material structure lightning impedance measurement assembly, whose ends are connected to the connecting wires of the lightning A-wave / H-wave pulse current generation system and the lightning conductivity testing fixture assembly via wires. This invention also discloses a method for calculating the lightning conductivity of aircraft composite material structures. This invention solves the problem that existing lightning conductivity testing methods cannot test the lightning conductivity of butt-jointed / lapped composite structures.
