Abstract

The invention discloses an aging test method, electronic equipment, a storage medium and a program product, and relates to the technical field of aging tests.The method comprises the steps that after a constant-voltage aging test instruction for a target display panel is detected, a target aging voltage, a target aging current interval and an initial brightness driving signal are obtained; enabling the electroluminescence voltage of the target display panel to be constant to the target aging voltage, and setting a brightness driving signal of the display panel as an initial brightness driving signal; and monitoring the electroluminescent current of the target display panel, and adjusting a brightness driving signal of the display panel under the condition that the electroluminescent current of the target display panel is not in the target aging current interval, so as to adjust the electroluminescent current of the target display panel to be in the target aging current interval. According to the invention, it can be ensured that each display panel bears consistent and appropriate stress in the aging test process, so that the aging test accuracy, batch comparability and product reliability are significantly improved.
