Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for constructing envelope detector circuitry for on-off keying modulation. An example apparatus includes: rectifier circuitry (210) including a first resistor (320) and a second resistor (340) having terminals; a first transistor (310) and a second transistor (330) having a first terminal, a second terminal, and a control terminal; reference circuitry (230) having a first input, a second input, a third input, a fourth input, and an output, the first input of the reference circuitry coupled to a control terminal of the first transistor, the second input of the reference circuitry coupled to a terminal of the second resistor and a first terminal of the second transistor, a third input of the reference circuitry is coupled to a control terminal of the second transistor, and a fourth input of the reference circuitry is coupled to a terminal of a first resistor and a first terminal of the first transistor.
