Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medical rehabilitation instruments, in particular to a portable multifunctional shoulder rest device which comprises a shoulder supporting part, an arm supporting part, a shoulder strap and a plurality of connecting straps, a plurality of air bags are arranged on the inner wall of the shoulder supporting part, and the air bags are arranged in a partitioned mode according to human shoulder dissection; pressure assemblies are arranged on the surfaces of the airbags; the detection assembly is used for monitoring the movement postures of the shoulder peak top point, the outer side of the middle humerus and the inner side edge of the shoulder blade; a control box is installed on the surface of the shoulder supporting part, and a controller and a plurality of air pump assemblies are arranged in the control box. According to the invention, the air bags are arranged according to human shoulder anatomy regions, the inflation volume of each air bag is dynamically adjusted by combining pressure and motion posture data, and a three-dimensional anchoring structure fitting the physiological curve and motion state of the shoulder joint is formed; the shoulder rest is prevented from deviating and falling off in daily activities, compression discomfort is reduced, and the problems that an existing shoulder rest depends on planar wrapping, is lack of three-dimensional adaptability and is prone to deviating and falling off due to posture changes, and fixing fails are effectively solved.
