Ducted water wheel power generation module considering overflow effect

Abstract

The invention discloses a ducted rim-driven water wheel power generation device considering an overflow effect, and aims to solve the problems of large water flow resistance, complex structure, low operation reliability and the like of the conventional central shaft type pipeline power generator. The device comprises a fixed annular shell, a rotatable annular rotor assembly and a direct-drive generator integrated between a ducted shell and a rotor rim, and a rim direct-drive system without a gearbox is formed. During working, fluid drives the rotor blades to rotate, and the rim generator directly outputs electric energy. A traditional central rotating shaft and a transmission mechanism are omitted, so that a central flow channel is completely unblocked, hydraulic loss is remarkably reduced, and energy conversion efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the overflow flow speed can be effectively regulated and controlled. The device is compact in structure, highly modularized, convenient to install and maintain, particularly suitable for large-flow and impurity-containing complex working condition environments such as an overflow cylinder of a drag suction dredger and the like, and has outstanding energy-saving and environment-friendly benefits.
