Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of engineering component technology, specifically relating to an intelligent inspection robot, a missile production line, and a production process. The intelligent inspection robot includes: a controller, two limit seats, a tension mechanism, a heating mechanism, and a feedback detection mechanism. The controller drives the heating mechanism to heat the workpiece, and the tension mechanism moves when the workpiece deforms due to heat. The controller detects the amount of movement of the tension mechanism through the feedback detection mechanism, i.e., the amount of workpiece deformation. When the feedback detection mechanism is moving, the dial in the feedback detection mechanism rotates while the pointer remains fixed; the relative rotation of the two indicates the first precision movement distance of the tension mechanism. The controller collects the rotation parameters of the dial through the feedback detection mechanism to obtain the second precision movement distance of the tension mechanism. This invention achieves real-time dynamic detection of workpiece deformation by triggering the feedback detection mechanism, which combines physical and electronic detection to achieve dynamic and accurate detection of workpiece deformation.
