A quick-change detection tool for a rotary part and a cooperative control method

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of mechanical manufacturing detection, particularly relates to a quick-change detection tool for rotary body parts, which comprises a detection platform and an image capturing device arranged on the detection platform, and a quick-change tool assembly is further arranged on the detection platform, wherein the quick-change tool assembly comprises a rotating workbench and a first driving member; a limiting clamping groove is arranged on the tabletop of the rotating workbench, and a magnetic attraction component is further arranged in the limiting clamping groove. Compared with the traditional mechanical clamping mode, the present application avoids the elastic or plastic deformation of the workpiece shell under external force, changes the original state and geometric profile of the surface, thereby ensuring that the image data collected by the image capturing device can truly reflect the free state quality of the workpiece, and effectively improves the authenticity and accuracy of the detection result.
