Abstract

This invention relates to the field of operation and maintenance management technology for large medical equipment, and discloses a method for managing and controlling after-sales maintenance services for large radiotherapy equipment throughout its entire lifecycle. The method includes establishing a digital mapping model of the large radiotherapy equipment, abstracting the equipment entity into multiple maintenance units with independent identifiers; collecting real-time operating parameters of the equipment through monitoring devices and synchronizing them to the corresponding maintenance units in the digital mapping model; calculating the current status indicators of each maintenance unit; selecting units below a preset threshold based on the status indicators to form an initial maintenance set; performing dependency analysis on the maintenance units in this set to determine the logical association strength between units; generating a maintenance execution link based on the logical association strength; and controlling maintenance resources to sequentially access each maintenance unit to complete maintenance operations according to this link. This invention achieves refined management of maintenance objects and dynamic optimization scheduling of the maintenance process, improving the accuracy and efficiency of maintenance.
