Intelligent centralized control system for mine gangue paste filling

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of automatic control of mine filling mining, and specifically discloses an intelligent centralized control system for mine gangue paste filling, which collects real-time data of multiple links of the filling system, extracts equipment operation characteristic values reflecting the health state of the equipment and process coordination characteristic values representing the matching degree of mortar concentration and feeding speed; based on the two characteristic values, intelligent analysis is carried out, and a stage switching judgment value for determining the switching time of the filling stage is calculated; according to the judgment value, a filling stage instruction set suitable for the current working condition is automatically generated, and the crushing, feeding, mixing and pumping equipment are driven to carry out centralized linkage execution; in the execution process, the system dynamically adjusts the material ratio according to the real-time process coordination characteristic value, and adjusts the pumping strength according to the pipeline pressure monitoring result, realizing automatic, accurate and safe switching and closed-loop optimization control of the whole process from water making, mortar and gangue slurry to cleaning, and improving the filling quality, efficiency and system operation reliability.
