An enameled flat wire on-line detection device

Abstract

This invention discloses an online inspection device for enameled flat wire, relating to the field of enameled flat wire inspection technology. It features real-time defect identification, automatic shearing, and switching to a standby take-up rack. Key technical points include: a frame with a feeding rack, a take-up rack, and a tensioning wheel assembly positioned between them, forming a detection path for the enameled flat wire; a detection component for detecting defects in the enameled flat wire along the detection path; an image acquisition unit and a distance measurement unit mounted on the frame; and a switching system for shearing and rewinding defective enameled flat wire. The switching system includes a rotating rod rotatably connected to the frame via a short shaft at its center, and a servo motor for driving the rotating rod to rotate is fixed on the frame.
