Abstract

The invention discloses a high-speed mixer, and relates to the technical field of material mixing equipment. The device comprises a shell, a driving assembly, a stirring assembly and a triple combined seal, the shell is provided with a material inlet and a double-side supporting hollow shaft neck; the driving assembly comprises double motors and double belt wheels, the motor A is fixedly connected with the impeller shaft through the impeller driving belt wheel, the motor B is fixedly connected with the supporting hollow shaft neck through the shell driving belt wheel, and the rotating directions of the double motors are opposite; an impeller shaft of the stirring assembly is matched with a supporting hollow shaft neck through a bearing; an impeller is fixed on the impeller shaft; and the triple combination seal is arranged between the supporting hollow shaft neck and the impeller shaft. Relative rotating speed superposition is formed through reverse driving of the two motors, and high-linear-speed stirring is achieved in combination with optimal design of the impeller; the problem of leakage of granular media is solved through triple combined sealing, the mixing uniformity reaches 98% or above, and precise mixing requirements in the fields of chemical engineering, new materials and the like are met.
