The application discloses a satellite positioning atmospheric differential correction method and system for complex environment, which comprises the following steps: obtaining observation data of a reference station network and initial approximate coordinates of a rover station, screening the reference station network according to elevation information and elevation distribution characteristics of the reference station network, combining preset vertical height difference constraints, determining reference reference stations and generating troposphere correction parameters; constructing a multiple spatial topology structure according to the reference station network, and performing ionospheric delay solving based on consistency constraints based on the multiple spatial topology structure to obtain ionospheric correction parameters; fusing the troposphere correction parameters and the ionospheric correction parameters, generating differential correction information and sending the differential correction information to the rover station to obtain corrected positioning coordinates. Compared with the prior art, the application can overcome the defects of troposphere modeling distortion in large height difference scenes, ionospheric solving non-convergence and large positioning precision fluctuation, improve model adaptability, enhance atmospheric parameter solving precision and improve positioning reliability in complex environment.
