Abstract

The invention discloses an equipment intelligent control system and method applied to high-purity ammonium fluoride solution detection. Ammonium fluoride solution initial detection parameters, detection environment characteristics and detection equipment performance parameters are obtained and fused to obtain ammonium fluoride solution detection equipment control characteristics, and an ammonium fluoride solution detection equipment control method is obtained. Constructing a detection equipment control multiple linear discrimination model by using the ammonium fluoride solution detection equipment control characteristics and the ammonium fluoride solution detection equipment control method; the multi-linear discrimination classification model is constructed by considering the performance characteristics of the test sample, the environment and the test equipment, and the training correction of the bilinear discrimination model is carried out according to the training data set, so that the real-time control method of the ammonium fluoride solution detection equipment is more accurately and intelligently obtained by the model. The confusion rate of control of conventional model output detection equipment is greatly reduced, the intelligent operability of the detection equipment in a single ammonium fluoride detection scene is improved, and the detection intelligence and precision of the ammonium fluoride solution are improved.
