Triggered oxygen generator with air capture window

Abstract

The application discloses a trigger type oxygen generator with an air capture window and relates to the field of oxygen generators, and aims to solve the technical problems that the humidification bottle of the existing trigger type oxygen generator blocks the negative pressure signal and the internal heat dissipation negative pressure interferes with pressure compensation. The trigger type oxygen generator comprises an oxygen generator shell, a trigger plate, a humidification bottle and internal structure components, the humidification bottle is internally provided with a three-way pipe, an independent negative pressure signal collection channel is formed, and the three-way pipe bypasses the water blockage; an air capture window interface is formed on the side surface of the shell, a micro-pressure sensor with a detection precision of ±0.001 MPa is connected through an air capture window connecting pipe, and a real-time external environment pressure benchmark is provided; the internal structure components form air inlet and air outlet double channels and exclusive heat dissipation and noise reduction channels, and stable and low-noise operation of the equipment is guaranteed. The application realizes the consideration of the humidification function and the precise triggering, effectively offsets the internal negative pressure interference, avoids signal attenuation and false triggering, improves the synchronism of oxygen supply and breathing, is energy-saving, efficient, comfortable and suitable for clinical treatment, home oxygen therapy and the like scenes.
