Method for enhancing leaching of copper oxide ore associated with mica type polymetallic ore

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of hydrometallurgy, and in particular to a method for strengthening leaching of a multi-metallic ore associated mica type oxidized copper ore.The method for strengthening leaching of the multi-metallic ore associated mica type oxidized copper ore comprises the following steps: crushing and grinding the multi-metallic ore associated mica type oxidized copper ore in sequence to obtain ore powder; and using an acidic leaching agent to leach the ore powder; wherein the acidic leaching agent comprises sulfuric acid, a fluoride ion providing agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone; and after the leaching is completed, solid-liquid separation is performed to obtain a copper-containing leaching solution and leaching residue.The present application utilizes the synergistic effect of fluoride ions and polyvinylpyrrolidone in an acidic leaching environment to effectively solve the problem that the wrapped copper in the multi-metallic ore associated mica type oxidized copper ore is difficult to leach, and achieves efficient recovery of copper, high copper leaching rate, high leaching efficiency, simple process, low cost, low energy consumption and environmental friendliness.
