High-quality roughage compound formula and preparation process thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to an agriculture and animal husbandry roughage processing technology, in particular to a high-quality roughage compound formula and a preparation process thereof. The fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 88% of rolled and cut corn straws (the water content is lower than 17%), 12% of glutamic acid residues (the protein content is 75%), cassava pregelatinized starch which accounts for 3% of the weight of the glutamic acid residues, zeolite powder which accounts for 5% of the weight of the glutamic acid residues, and calcium propionate which accounts for 1.5% of the weight of the glutamic acid residues. During preparation, the cassava pregelatinized starch, the zeolite powder and the calcium propionate are uniformly stirred and mixed by using a small dry powder stirrer, materials are fed into a large dry powder stirrer from an upper opening, and the four powdery materials are fully stirred and uniformly mixed. According to the invention, the corn straws are used as low-quality roughage and are converted into high-quality roughage, so that high-quality forage grass is replaced by the corn straws, the shortage of forage grass resources in China is relieved, and the most basic material basis is provided for sustainable and healthy development of animal husbandry.
