Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of belt pulley machining instruments, and particularly relates to a belt pulley production grinding device which comprises a machining table and two fixed base tables, the two fixed base tables are symmetrically arranged on the end face of the machining table, fixed bases are arranged on the end faces of the two fixed base tables, and two first sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the end faces of the fixed base tables; two opposite first sliding grooves are formed in the two fixed base tables, supporting pipes used for containing belt wheels are arranged between the two opposite first sliding grooves in a sliding mode, two clamping assemblies are arranged between the two fixed base tables above the two supporting pipes, and grinding assemblies are arranged above the clamping assemblies; according to the belt pulley centering device, the two symmetrically-sliding supporting pipes are matched with the clamping assembly, so that a belt pulley can be rapidly placed and can be basically centered, then the belt pulley can be secondarily centered and stably clamped, and a grinding wheel in the grinding assembly can be matched to form triangular support outside the belt pulley in the grinding process; the machining precision is improved, and the operation safety is guaranteed.
