Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of heat exchange tubes of steam generators, in particular to a heating and pressurizing test device suitable for sliding wear between heat exchange tubes, which comprises a vertical slide rail and a transverse slide rail, a first slide block is slidably connected onto the vertical slide rail, a second slide block is slidably connected onto the transverse slide rail, and fastening rings are respectively arranged on close sides of the first slide block and the second slide block. A plurality of fastening rings are arranged on the vertical sliding rail, heat exchange pipes are fixed in the fastening rings, a pre-tightening unit is further connected to the side, away from the heat exchange pipes, of the second sliding block, pre-tightening force is provided between the heat exchange pipes through the pre-tightening unit, the first sliding block is connected with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives the first sliding block to move on the vertical sliding rail relative to the second sliding block. A heating assembly and a pressurizing assembly are further arranged, the clamping mode is refined, meanwhile, precise temperature control is achieved, and the sliding wear test can be carried out under the working conditions of different water pressures.
