The invention discloses an electric energy storage battery control system and control method based on an AUTBUS bus protocol, and the system comprises a battery module, the battery module is connected with a BCMS through an AUTBUS bus, a plurality of BCMSs are connected with a BAMS through the AUTBUS bus, and the BAMS is connected with a PCS and a data analysis module; the data analysis module predicts future battery information based on the battery information, and judges the battery information and the future battery information to obtain a current evaluation level and a future evaluation level; the data analysis module is connected with the scheme matching module and the early warning module, the scheme matching module matches the control scheme based on the current evaluation level, and the early warning module performs early warning based on the current evaluation level and the future evaluation level; the scheme matching module is connected with the control module which is used for executing the control scheme. The method has the beneficial effects that the AUTBUS is adopted to ensure that the real-time state data of the battery can realize second-level polling, and efficient data acquisition is realized by adopting a Multi-Drop connection mode.
