A cable shielding mesh braided wire feeding device and its usage method

Abstract

This invention relates to the technical field of wire feeding, and more particularly to a device and method for feeding braided cable shielding wires. The device includes a mounting frame comprising two parallel support plates forming an accommodating space between them; two support assemblies respectively mounted on the ends of the two support plates, each support assembly including a mounting box disposed on the support plate, a first support member slidably disposed within the mounting box, and a second support member slidably disposed within the mounting box; and a winding assembly including a take-up roller mounted in the accommodating space. This device and method for feeding braided cable shielding wires eliminates the need for single-handed lifting and alignment during installation by retracting the first support member into the mounting box, placing the take-up roller on the second support member, and finally inserting the first support member into the take-up roller.
