Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of traction and lifting equipment, and particularly relates to a winch brake device with a mute ratchet mechanism, which comprises a pawl seat, a ratchet and a pawl matched with each other, a mute part made of non-metal wear-resistant material is arranged on a contact and hitting part of at least one of the ratchet and the pawl; the winch brake device further comprises a shaft body, the shaft body is provided with a first threaded part, the mute ratchet mechanism is arranged on the shaft body, a movable part is threadedly matched with the first threaded part, and a limiting part is arranged to limit the movement stroke of the movable part. The winch brake device significantly reduces impact noise, meets the application requirements of a high mute working environment, has higher applicability, effectively reduces the force acting on the ratchet, the pawl, the winch brake device and an external mounting support during braking, has lower requirements for the ratchet, the pawl, the winch brake device and the mounting support, allows a lighter support to be used in combination, reduces the weight and cost of the whole product series, and significantly improves safety and reliability.
