A control valve for shower gel production

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of control valve technology and proposes a control valve for shower gel production, including a valve body mechanism. A drive mechanism is installed inside the valve body mechanism. An oil storage tank is installed at the upper end of the U-shaped seat. An air outlet mechanism is installed on the lower left side of the inner end of the oil storage tank, and an oil outlet mechanism is installed on the lower right side of the inner end of the oil storage tank. A monitoring mechanism is installed at the upper left front end of the oil storage tank, and a filter mechanism is installed at the upper end of the oil storage tank. The fluid raw material drives the spiral rotor to rotate, thereby forming microbubbles in the fluid raw material. This increases the contact area between the components of the raw material, enhancing mixing uniformity and pre-emulsification effect. It also breaks down irregular large bubbles in the raw material into stable small bubbles, facilitating subsequent degassing and reducing the interference of bubble fluctuations on flow measurement. Simultaneously, the synergistic agitation of bubbles and fluid reduces the risk of raw material sticking to the walls, ultimately improving the stability of raw material delivery and precise quantity control.
