Abstract

The invention discloses a synthetic material surface layer rubber particle abrasion instrument and an abrasion rate detection method. The instrument comprises a particle container; the kneading and grinding rod is positioned in the particle container; and the main machine drives the rubbing and grinding rod to rotate so as to grind the rubber particles in the particle container. According to the method, the abrasion rate of the rubber particles is judged according to mass loss generated by friction among the rubber particles and friction between the rubber particles and a friction surface in a unified specified time.
