Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle air conditioner which can improve quick heating performance, avoid reduction of refrigerant suction density of a compressor, and prolong the service life of the compressor. A bypass path through which the refrigerant passing through the compressor (11) bypasses the heater core (12) and flows into the suction side (11b) of the compressor (11) comprises: a first path through which the refrigerant passing through the compressor (11) flows to the upstream side of the tank (15); and a second path through which the refrigerant that has passed through the compressor (11) flows to the downstream side of the tank (15).
