Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a compound according to Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and / or solvate thereof, wherein X1 is H, F or Cl; r1 is H, a heterocyclic group, an aryl group or a heteroaryl group; and R2 is alkyl or aryl. In addition, the present disclosure demonstrates that the compounds of the present disclosure penetrate the central nervous system, thereby allowing the treatment of central nervous system cancers.
