Intrabronchial valve and preparation process thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses an intrabronchial valve which comprises a support, a top column and a covering film, the covering film adheres to the support, the top column is pressed on the covering film through a limiting supporting strip during inspiration so that a secretion discharging hole can be closed, and the top column moves towards the near end of the support so that the secretion discharging hole can be opened during expiration. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the bronchial internal valve, the stent is formed through functions of laser cutting, heat treatment and the like, the top column is formed through compression molding, and the covering film adheres to the stent in an overall soaking mode, or the covering film adheres to the stent after overall compression molding. The structure of a duckbilled one-way valve is abandoned, the valve is not affected by extrusion of the outer wall support, and the one-way function is not invalid; a one-way opening and closing structure is adopted, the device can be made of different materials, and adhesion at an opening cannot be caused; the opening film can be very thick and can be more than 1mm, and the film cannot be broken; the bronchial tube is smaller in overall size and can be suitable for patients with shorter and narrow bronchial tubes.
