Outdoor box plastic spraying process

Abstract

The application discloses an outdoor box plastic spraying process and relates to the technical field of outdoor box surface protection processing. The process comprises the following steps: step S1, gradient polishing treatment; step S2, two-section ultrasonic cleaning; step S3, vacuum pre-drying; step S4, composite plastic powder spraying; and step S5, segmented solidification and cooling. The plastic powder comprises the following components by weight: 58-63 parts of resin base material, 3-5 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 4-6 parts of a compound anti-aging agent, 8-10 parts of titanium white, 5-8 parts of barium sulfate, 1.5-2.5 parts of a leveling agent, 1-2 parts of a coupling agent, 2-3 parts of isocyanuric acid triglycidyl ester, 3-5 parts of a multi-element synergistic system, and 1-2 parts of amino fluorosilicone oil. The process realizes synchronous improvement of adhesion, corrosion resistance and weather resistance by matching a customized composite plastic powder formula with a gradient surface treatment-vacuum drying-segmented solidification process.
