Abstract

The invention relates to the field of tunnel engineering, and discloses a secondary lining steel bar installation construction technology which comprises the steps that a positioning reference system composed of four longitudinally-through reference control lines is constructed; a positioning assembly composed of radial positioning steel bars and longitudinal positioning steel bars is installed, and the inner-layer circumferential steel bars and the outer-layer circumferential steel bars are connected to form an overall stress framework; short section reinforcing steel bars are arranged at the contact positions of the second lining reinforcing steel bars and the second lining trolley formwork; according to a mechanical deformation rule generated by secondary lining concrete attachment type vibration, different preset deviation values are set for the lengths of the short section steel bars at the arch waist part and the arch crown part, and adjustment allowance is reserved for the lengths of the annular steel bars. A laser positioning system comprising four longitudinal reference control lines is constructed, and 13 longitudinal positioning steel bars are combined, so that the whole-process control of the mounting precision of the steel bar framework is realized, artificial visual errors and accumulated deviations are eliminated, wavy bending or distortion of the steel bar framework is avoided, and the overall forming quality of the secondary lining steel bars is improved.
