The method includes: simultaneously acquiring water and oil transmitted light intensities at multiple vertical sampling heights, and obtaining phase contrast by combining initial calibration light intensities; obtaining scattering penalty weights by combining reference transmitted light intensities; obtaining a compensated interface gradient based on the scattering penalty weights and phase contrast; performing a global peak search on the compensated interface gradient to extract the interface height and the extreme values ​​of the compensated interface gradient, thereby obtaining emulsion turbidity; obtaining a safe oil recovery index based on a set reference elevation, interface height, and emulsion turbidity, and performing automatic liquid discharge control based on the safe oil recovery index. This invention effectively filters physical noise to accurately locate the true chemical interface, constructs a decision model integrating purity and reserves, and improves the extraction purity and batch-to-batch stability of volatile oils.
