A welding device for the web of a steel box girder

Abstract

This application provides a welding device for the web of a steel box girder, belonging to the technical field of steel box girder welding equipment. The device includes a main body conveying assembly; a clamping assembly including a set of longitudinal beams that move bidirectionally, with two sets of clamping members at both ends of the longitudinal beams. Each set of clamping members moves bidirectionally and includes a telescopic rod with a mounting base connected to its movable end. One end of the mounting base has a support plate on its bottom surface, and the other end has a telescopic limiting plate; a web loading assembly including a conveyor belt for conveying the web and rotating members for receiving the web and rotating it vertically upward by 90°. Push-out members are provided on the outer sides of the two rotating members for pushing out the web from the two rotating members; and two welding assemblies including a six-axis robotic arm and a welding torch for welding the joint between the web and the top plate and the joint between the upper part of the partition and the upper part of the web. Using the solution provided in this application, the webs at both ends can be loaded simultaneously, shortening processing time and improving work efficiency.
