Abstract

This invention relates to the field of model simulation technology, and discloses a method and system for accurate source tracing of organic pollutants in groundwater. The method includes: constructing a spatiotemporal feature set based on monitoring well concentration data and geological parameters; generating a preliminary continuous concentration field through Gaussian process regression; extracting geometric features of the concentration field; establishing a flow field model based on groundwater level gradient to simulate pollutant transport; screening a set of potential source locations that meet time deviation thresholds; constructing a source strength release model to invert optimal release parameters; generating migration paths; screening effective paths based on cumulative flux coverage to reconstruct the global concentration field; and finally determining the final pollution source coordinates through concentration field gradient curl analysis and contour geometric continuity assessment, combined with Bayesian probabilistic inference. This method can improve the accuracy of source tracing.
