Multi-gear stepless switching and detection circuit and method based on slide rheostat

Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-gear stepless switching and detection circuit and method based on a slide rheostat, and belongs to the technical field of multi-gear switching. The switching and detection circuit comprises a gear stepless switching circuit, a gear detection circuit and a filter circuit, the gear stepless switching circuit is used as a signal generation source and linearly converts the resistance change of the slide rheostat into a corresponding output voltage; the gear detection circuit is responsible for sampling the output voltage, comparing a sampling value with an internal preset voltage threshold value, and finally judging and outputting current gear information; and the filter circuit is integrated in a signal path and is used for ensuring the purity and stability of a sampling signal. Stepless switching and accurate detection of multiple gears are achieved through a single analog voltage signal link.
